The challenge

Practitioners are with clients through the day, so calls to book consultations and treatments were ringing out, and a skincare or injectables enquiry that hits voicemail usually books with the next clinic.

What we built

We deployed Sophie, our AI receptionist, to answer the clinic's calls, book consultations and treatments against their live calendar, and handle enquiries after hours, so the phone is covered whether the team is treating a client or closed for the night.

The result

Booking calls are answered around the clock instead of going to voicemail, and the front desk isn't pulled away from clients to catch the phone.

Liquor & beverage distributor · New Zealand

The challenge

A New Zealand liquor and beverage distributor was fielding a constant stream of inbound calls, new vendor enquiries and customers chasing the status of their orders, that kept pulling staff off their real work.

What we built

XSeller's voice agent now handles those inbound calls. It answers new vendor enquiries, and when a customer rings about an order or where their delivery has got to, the agent manages the enquiry and the tracking conversation.

The result

Routine vendor and order enquiries are handled by the agent instead of a person, so the team stays on the work that actually needs them.
